Sheri Hall, PT, DPT, CEAS

Sheri Hall earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and completed the Executive Management Program in Private Practice Management from Evidence in Motion in 2015. She has been the owner of Ardmore Physical Therapy since 1989 and a physical therapist in practice since 1979 after graduating from the University of Oklahoma with degrees in both Physical Therapy and Psychology. Her first job was with Presbyterian Hospital in Oklahoma City where, after one year as a staff physical therapist, she had the opportunity to develop and manage a free-standing outpatient clinic, Comprehensive Rehabilitation Clinic, and implement one of the first programs in Oklahoma for helping injured workers return safely to work through work conditioning, functional capacity evaluations and educational programs for patients and employers. After working eight years in Oklahoma City she accepted a job offer in Fort Worth, Texas to develop and manage industrial rehabilitation/work conditioning programs for the Easter Seal Society and later a similar program for Physical Therapy Services of Durant.

Sheri has more than 30 years of direct hands on experience with patient care. Since graduation, she has completed more than 2000 hours of advanced education in her primary areas of interest: spine, general orthopedics with an emphasis on manual therapy, and industrial rehabilitation, including certification as a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist. The highlight of her educational experience has been participation in a highly regarded year long spine program.

She has been a member of the American Physical Therapy and Oklahoma Physical Therapy Associations since graduation, holding several offices while working in Oklahoma City, including Western District Secretary for four years. Additional opportunities for service have included Leadership Ardmore, American Heart Association Board of Directors for Carter/Love Counties, Ardmore Chamber Board of Directors, Chairperson for the Southern Oklahoma Business and Industry Council and National Advisory Board for WorkSTEPS.

Sheri grew up in Tulsa, was always involved in band and was a member of the Pride of Oklahoma Marching Band while at OU. She and her husband Robert, also a native Oklahoman, and have lived in southern Oklahoma for more than 25 years. They have 2 sons and enjoy spending as much time as possible with grandchildren in addition to attending OU games.

Bryce Ferguson, PTA

Bryce graduated from Wilson Public Schools in 2017 where he was Valedictorian and involved in many school activities. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Murray State College Physical Therapist Assistant Program in the summer of 2019 with his Associates Degree in Applied Science. He also received the certificate in leadership and honors through the MSC Presidential Scholars Program and the Academic Excellence Award for MSC PTA program from the Oklahoma Physical Therapy Association. Bryce plans to pursue his Bachelors degree in the future. He enjoys his free time fishing, hunting and weight lifting. If you think he doesn’t love fishing just ask him about the 5 lb bass he caught at Lake Fork!

Hailey Craighead-Guadarrama, PTA

Hailey was born and raised in Ardmore with her older brother, Kyle. She attended Ardmore High School where she lettered in 3 sports including softball, cheer and tennis while also participating in gymnastics, numerous academic and leadership clubs. She earned numerous awards and honors for her leadership, academic and athletic accomplishments. She was also involved in community service work and as a volunteer for numerous organizations including the Animal Shelter.

Following high school graduation in 2009, Hailey attended the University of Oklahoma where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health and Exercise Science in 2013. She furthered her education by earning her Physical Therapist Assistant Degree from Murray State College.

In December 2014, Hailey married her high school sweetheart, Franco and they reside just outside Ardmore. They have one son, Thomas, who keeps them very busy. In her spare time Hailey enjoys spending time with family, friends, her animals and attending OU football games.

Krystal Peoples, PTA

Krystal grew up in Denison, Texas with 2 younger brothers. She attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant, OK where she graduated in 2011 Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Biology w/ a Health Science emphasis. Following graduation, she worked for the Rafter D Ranch as an assistant horse trainer/barn manager. After directly witnessing the benefits physical therapy provided a close friend, she pursued a career as a Physical Therapy Assistant. She attended Murray State College, graduating from the PTA program in 2017, Magna Cum Laude. Prior to joining the staff at Ardmore Physical Therapy, she provided PT services to residents in a local nursing home. In her spare time, she and her husband enjoy being outdoors and spending time with her dog and horses. She also enjoys spending time with her family, who finally talked her into her own motorcycle for family vacations.

Julie Keys, Office Manager

Julie Keys is our Office Manager and has been with Ardmore Physical Therapy since 1991. She grew up in Tulsa and studied in the Medical Secretary Program at Tulsa Junior College. One of Julie’s strengths is understanding and simplifying the paperwork/insurance process that can often seem overwhelming for patients. She is more than happy to help our patients through this process so they can focus their energy on physical therapy treatments and help make it an overall much more pleasant experience.

Julie is also passionate about volunteering. She is very involved in our community and has been an active member of the Southern Oklahoma Office Managers’ Association for more than 20 years, serving as secretary in the past. She served on the Board of the A2A Marathon from 2009 to 2019. She has also served as a committee member for both Robbie’s Chase and the Lone Grove Kiwanis 5k. Julie has served on the Southern Oklahoma Leaders Committee and as a volunteer for the American Heart Association for Carter/Love counties.

Julie is married to her high school sweetheart, Kevin, a Service Forester for the State of Oklahoma. They have a son who is currently attending college at OSU IT, majoring in Construction Management. Julie has a passion for long distance running and qualified for the Boston Marathon in 2013. In addition to running, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, yard work and photography.
